Apparently the new 5000 won bills do not take to water. You got to love the way the Joongang Ilbo puts this:I hope he sees a doctor about that. Thats both embarrassing and expensive.

Wonder if "accidental wetting of the trousers" would help expose the North Korean $100 superbill. The 6th Fleet should be able to bust the counterfeiting ring wide open in no time...
