I wish this guy luck
I know somebody who works closely for Kia, and so I have sympathy for the company. That said I am considering starting a betting pool on how long newly appointed Peter Schreyer lasts as chief design officer for Kia. I do not think I can name of one high profile foreigner hired by a Korean company who did not leave embittered after about 18 months or so. Good luck Petey, you will need it.
