Is anybody learning?
In the past couple years Korea's academia have been rocked by first Hwang Woo-suk's stem-cell mass fraud, accusations and confessions made by college professions and deans of plagiarism, and now a long due witch-hunt for fake degrees.So what does Korea's Kyungpook University do? Perhaps adds gasoline on things by offering fifty times more than other Korean university for any article published in the journals Science or Nature. Great way to increase the incentive for more fraud Kyungpook.
