That Theiving Shatten - Uptdate
IPBiz, who has been following the Hwang thing in the US, posts on the patent an claims of Shatten's patent application . The application includes human cloning, but does not give any example of such in the detailed description.Patentability aside, I think any claims that Shatten "stole" a patent or research, if we were to look at the patent, would likely come down to the detailed description on the workings of the invention.
